Two new languages

Discover DBM now in Vietnamese and Serbian (cyrillic)!Also the order of the language flags is changed to reflect their activity.
Language
You will find graphical changes from what you know of DBZ/DBM...
For example, Gast will have white eyes and five fingers.
This was a design choice coherent with Arcady Picardi's graphic style.
