The entire conflict occurred within stopped time, so the amount of time that Vegito would have been bisected while time passed is probably just a few seconds at most considering Gast would waste not time rushing to fix him

I like how it looks like Goku's hair is illuminated by the beam, making it look like he could be trying to resist going super saiyan, or even struggling to transform considering he's likely running out of juice and can barely maintain this Zen Mode
