My question is, why did this fight piss off Vegito?

i find it funny that we all unanimously agree that the reason why almost nobody could keep track of the fight was because Goku and Vegeta said that they don't leak energy anymore, eventhough that hasn't been confirmed XD

In Ultimate/Mystic they are not undetectable, they are just at maximum efficiency. Think of it like a motor engine that doesn't produce any heat as a waste byproduct. Ki-sensitive individuals can still sense the power level of someone in Ultimate/Mystic. In DBZ Buu could sense Gohan's ki on the Kais' planet from Earth. You are conflating the properties of SSG and other forms with god ki, with Mystic/Ultimate.
