I wanna say, reading DBZM for the last couple of years, for me, this story is the superior one next to anything official. The love that goes into the art and story have kept me coming back to finish it page after page. It's much better than the DBS anime or even manga in most cases, a million times better than Heroes or Xenoverse in terms of storytelling, or literally anything else Dragon Ball related that has come out in the last couple of years.
Sure, it's annoying when the story comes to a grinding halt because of specials or some things just don't make sense but it's always obvious that it's a story made by people that truly love Dragon Ball. I've seen people in these comments show their love or disgust over the years, all types of opinions but I love seeing the passionate words and I'm inspired to share mine today.
As for what comes next, some people are saying that Goku may gather his strength for one final push to victory but seeing such great art depict Goku in this scenario, my heart hopes and is telling me that that after all these years of knowing this character, one that is synonymous with who I am and has greatly influenced me all my life, not unlike many of you, that he knows that after years of being ahead and on top, he's finally been bested by his best buddy/greatest rival at the peak of their powers and as much as hes happy for him, he's just happy to have gotten a great fight out of it, no hard feelings. That's how I interpret the last panel but thank you for allowing me to visualize something that has always been in my heart and mind, I'm ready to see the conclusion!!!
