Since the beginning, they act as if they own the place.  I don’t recognize the soldiers, but Freeza and his family clearly rule that universe. I feel sorry for those forced to be in servitude to those creatures.
In our world, Goku killed them when they invaded Earth. But when you went back to the past, you killed them yourself, right?
Yes, that is correct, though the one behind Freeza and King Cold I don’t recognize. I assume he also died in our universe, or at least I hope so.
But at least there is one universe where hope does live on.
