they trained for 10 years and should be at least 10 radditz by now, or more.
even if we assume radditz got stronger, his growth would have likely stagnated due to using oozruu, and getting easy wins, with little difficulty. and relying on the other saiyans.
Don't forget they trained with Kami and Mr. Popo in the original. Kami has died along with Piccolo 10 years ago here. I don't think their trainning here was as effective.
