I think power levels are great at this point in the plot. Like anything under several million and its a nice way to gauge them. Things got way too silly at the cell saga tho.

Be cool of buu absorbed him but he took over as the dominant personality so Gogeta had to use a desperation attack that destroys buu but since Borly is Broly he lives and is frozen, the end.
